FIELD: jewellery industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to jewellery industry and can be used for producing braided decor on jewellery surfaces. Jewellery consists of decorative element braided from wire in the form of at least one chain fragment fixed on at least one seat formed at the jewel base. Method of producing jewellery with decorative element in the form of at least one chain fragment comprises "part-by-part" way of producing base and decorative element braided from wire and installing it on the base by fixing it tightly on at least one seat.
EFFECT: reducing laboriousness, increasing jewel producing output and widening range of jewellery with braided decor.
