FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method consists in manufacture of metal billet base, in process of cold plastic deformation by means of action of upper and lower press stamps made of tempered steels on its surface, which make impression on front and/or back surfaces of local volume decors billet. Working surfaces of stamps have decors negatives with roughness class of their surfaces that is contrast to class of roughness of stamp fields. Plastic deformation is done in two stages. At the first stage press with stamps is used, one of which shapes flat and/or relief field on one of billet surfaces, and the other one - simultaneously locally located volume décor or its part on opposite surface of billet. Surfaces of produced volume décor or its part is modified by means of finish noble metal layer deposition on them. The second stage of décor deformation and embossment is done with fixation of positive volume décor of billet embossment.

EFFECT: hoarding attractiveness of finished products without violation of products quality.
