WAY OF APPLYING OF ANASTOMOSIS ON DEFERENT DUCT Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/11 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, urology and andrology, can be used in man's genital surgery at operative treatment of the obstructive form of male sterility. The cicatrical tissue is exsected. The extremities of a duct seams are bridged. Thus on one extremity of a duct an extima is shifted from cut edge on a duct and subject tissues are exsected with excavation formation. On other extremity of the duct an extima is shifted to the outside from edge of a cut and exsected with formation of the prominence corresponding to the framed pouch. Face surfaces of the extremities of a duct are bridged by two parallel seams. The muscular layer of each extremity of a duct is stitced more close to the submucosal layer so that needles have passed in the submucosal layer from two sides from the duct lumen. An extima of a duct is bridged by the seams in intervals between points of bracing of a muscular cover of the extremities of the duct. In that specific case two parallel seams are imposed using two needles in parallel fixed in a needle holder.

EFFECT: way allows decreasing traumatism of mucous and other tissues of a deferent duct at the expense of locating prevention in a lumen of alien bodies; to raise reliability of restoration of a lumen of a deferent duct, to prevent cicatrix formation in an anastomosis place.
