FIELD: medicine; surgery.
SUBSTANCE: oesophagus-ended fistula is applied on anterior wall of a stomach. It is ensured by formation of anastomosis with single-layer uninterrupted suturing that follows oesophagectomy and partial gastrectomy. A filament is delivered through gastric serous-muscular-submucous layer and oesophageal adventitious-muscular-submucous layer without covering of mucous membrane. Then anastomosis is covered with anterior wall of a stomach with separate serous-muscular seams.
EFFECT: technical simplicity, enabled primary healing of anastomosis, high strength and functionality of anastomosis that is ensured by minimum injuries of oesophageal and gastric mucosa with simultaneous adequate adaptation of sutured walls of organs, prevention of complication due to suturing reduction within tissue regeneration and reduced time for healing of anastomosis.
