FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, in particular to orthopedic stomatology, and can be used for restoration of a tooth in the presence of the infected firm tooth adjournment and biological masses in a parodontal pocket. The way of restoration of a tooth includes definition of zones of lesion by means of clinical, laboratory and radiological data, excision of the amased sites, processing of root channels, drying, staining, lavage, preparation of a bed for a peg, peg introduction, embedding in the kept structure of a tooth by rules of the minimum invasiveness and the subsequent fogging of self-admixed and self-polarised composit and photoconductive materials of yellowish colour, formation of stumps from them, measurement with application of gutta-percha pegs of depth and width a parodontal pocket by means of thin a parodontal probe having the rounded off end, testing on vitality, cast putting off, manufacturing on it crowns with subdingival edges, crown clothing on the stump, covering it completely and linking with a tooth with the help of double hardening cement, initiation of hardening of regional areas of cement by means of illumination by the light of a polymerising lamp throughout 20-40 seconds, excision of excess of cement and purification of these sites. Local anaesthesia of the selected site of a jaw is carried out preliminary; restoration is spent in the conditions of a local hyperthermia in a range of +42 - +45°C with use of vacuum suction unit with a handpiece. The firm tooth adjournment is removed by means of ultrasonic scaler from a root surface under a direct vision. Excision of the damaged sites of a tooth, processing of root channels, their sealing and peg placement is made under the multilateral aim multix-ray control with the help dental visiograph up to full and exact end of procedures, before pocket measurement under direct vision by means of the boron fixed in a stomatologic handpiece with a light source and a water atomiser, warm water throwing out a stream towards a boron head. The amased surface of a pocket to healthy tissues is peeled. At pocket measurement its depth by shelling of gum upper edge as much as possible decreases, then the pocket is washed out by warm water, blown by dry warm air before full drying. By means of a soft brush in a surface of a stump, the warm coagulating haemostatic preparation with the antiseptic activity, painting albuminous tissues in bright colour, for example Viscostat gel is rubbed in a root of a tooth and a wound surfaces round it. The sites of the tissues which have changed colouring, become perceptible, then at first by means of a brush, then leave by means of a sprayer of a warm aero-aquatic admixture, are blown by dry warm air before drying and time crowns are made by direct way. After the efflux 10 day terms are estimated a condition of the injured tissues and at end of processes of neogenesis and an inflammation in them replacement of a time crown by a constant is made.

EFFECT: rising of efficiency and safety of restoration of a tooth in the presence of the infected firm tooth adjournment and biological masses in a parodontal pocket.
