FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment. The device contains a cylindrical implant from a permeable-porous titan nickelide, with the sizes of replaced defect of the damaged vertebra and a fixative implant. The fixative implant is executed in the form of a cylindrical wire spiral from a superelastic titan nickelide, located coaxially on a surface of the implant with its dense coverage. The extremities of a cylindrical wire spiral are put aside the next vertebra and formed in the form of loops for placing in them of fixing screws.
EFFECT: invention provides rising of fixing ability of the device.
