FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: implant is produced as cylinder from porous titanium nickelide. At least two guides are made on cylinder surface as recesses or protrusions arranged in regular pattern in screw configuration at an angle of 20-30 deg made up by tangent to cylinder generatrix. Ratio of cross-dimensions of guiding members to cylinder diameter is equal to 0.05-0.18. EFFECT: reduced compression force when setting implant. 3 dwg
