The therapeutic method of peripheral nerves involvement involving introduction under epineurium within surgical procedure and in first postoperative days of the medicines chosen from Actovegin Cerebrolysin, Proserin, Dibazol, vitamin B complex, adenosine triphosphate, cocarboxylase, Mexidol, Gliatilin, Sermion, Nootropil, Trental, Cavinton. In addition, in first postoperative days, the medicines chosen from listed above and Lydasa and/or vitreous body are introduced into the tissues surrounding a nerve.
EFFECT: given method allows for more rapid revasculisation and conductivity of nerves, as well as restoration of blood circulation and reinnervation of the surrounding tissues.
