FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: pityriasis rosea (Gibert's disease) treatment involves coating of the affected skin surface with Radochlorine gel 0.1% dosed 0.2 per 1 cm of the surface. Exposure of photosensitiser is 2 hours under a lightproof bandage. After gel is removed, the surface is exposure to laser light at wavelength 662 nm and light energy dose 200 J/cm. The exposure is contactless. The laser light source is a diode laser apparatus for photodynamic therapy "LAHTA-MILON".
EFFECT: reduced recovery time, prolonged recurrence-free period and high cosmetic effect of treatment.
