FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: photodynamic therapy of skin, mucosa and nails is enables by coating the injured areas with a photosensitiser for outward application 0.2-0.4 g per 1 cm2 of exposition 0.5-3 h and covering with a lightproof bandage. It is followed with laser exposure at wave length related to maximum absorption of the used photosensitser, at light energy dose 200 to 400 J/cm2.
EFFECT: method allows avoiding the recurrent disease ensured by exposure on underlying skin tissues, mucous membranes and in depth of a nail plate.
