SUBSTANCE: toy is made from electroscopic polymer material filaments, strips and sheets coated with luminescent, fluorescent and other light-accumulating and electrostatic materials. The above mentioned materials accumulate day light or lighting fixture light and radiate this light in shades or darkness. The electrostatic staff to startup and control toy and soap bubble movement is added together with one or several multi-coloured light-emitting diodes and musical chip containing several melodies in its memory and melody playing devices. To keep toy, soap bubbles and balloons flying, sheaves and fans are used.

EFFECT: electrostatic flying toy may be used under conditions of limited lighting or in intense darkness.
