FIELD: environmental protection.
SUBSTANCE: present invention is a solution of a “garbage problem” on a global – worldwide – scale. What Sweden have done in 35 years, teaching its citizens “garbage discipline” for such a long time, can be done by a system of separate garbage collection (SSGC), which is a system of organizational and legal measures and technical solutions, the basis of which is personification of garbage containers, “smart” container sites and “smart” garbage chutes for separate collection of solid household waste (SHW).
EFFECT: system will teach the population a discipline in the shortest time, wherein the integration of this system will not require any significant costs, while saving people from the neighborhood of damping in the shortest time, and transforming the “garbage” business itself into a highly profitable industry.
