SUBSTANCE: device comprises automatic locomotive continuous alarm (ALCA), multi-valued automatic locomotive alarm (ALA-EN), automatic braking control system (ABCS), generators of tonal track circuits (TRC), device for measurement of rail magnetisation, device for preliminary processing and digital filtration, and detector of wheel turn angle installed in axle-box body and mechanically connected to wheelset of movable vehicle. Device is equipped with the first, second, third and fourth height detectors, which are mechanically connected to movable vehicle and are installed with the possibility of height measurement in receiving coils relative to rails, at that the first and second height detectors are rigidly connected to front receiving coils, and the third and fourth height detectors are rigidly connected to back receiving coils.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of parametres measurement in railway automatics and telemechanics.
