FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: method includes pressure balancing in hydraulic system with crew module atmosphere pressure for the time of hydraulic units replacement. Later on, after measurement of discharge created by hydraulic pump, working pressure is established in system. At that discharge losses are determined at the section from system hydra-pneumatic compensator connection to hydraulic manifold to suction of hydraulic pump. Then static working pressure is established as excessive to crew module atmosphere pressure, and this pressure is determined with account of mentioned discharge losses and safety coefficients. Therefore, possibility is excluded for air to flow into hydraulic system, and intensity of dissolved air release from coolant is reduced. Besides operation of average weight coolant temperature measurement is excluded - which is compensated by safety coefficients obtained as a result of system operation experience of many years. Total savings of working time may amount to 50 min.
EFFECT: increased reliability of heat control system, creation of optimal conditions for operation of its elements and reduction of time spent by crew for system servicing.
