FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: in steel-making vessel it is melted metallic mixture, defined in melt content of manganese, chrome, nickel, copper, it is introduced into ladle with melt simultaneously manganese and silicon, it is manufactured profiled blank, blank is rolled with receiving of reinforcement of finished periodical profile, cooled in water cooling line, lined reinforcement by coil-former on roller conveyer and cooled on it, herewith after introduction into ladle with melt simultaneously manganese and silicon it is implemented its out-furnace treatment, then it is defined content of carbon, manganese, chrome, molybdenum, vanadium, nickel and copper in steel by ladle sample, it is calculated carbon equivalent value, and rolling of profiled blank with receiving of heat-strengthened reinforcement is implemented with providing of yield limit, specified by following correlation: σt = 1183.8 x Ceq - 3.3 x d - 0.613 x Tself + 549.8, N/mm2, where: Ceq - carbon equivalent: C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu)/15, d - reinforcement diametre, mm; Tself - self-tempering temperature, °C; 1183.8; 3.3; 0.613; 549.8 - coefficients, received experimentally after treatment of experimental data by definition of effect of each process parametre on yield point.

EFFECT: receiving of reinforcement with required yield point.
