FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to iron and steel metallurgy, particularly to methods of production of reinforced die-rolled section. To achieve specified ultimate strength at an initial stage there is performed out-of furnace steel treatment, after which contents of carbon and manganese are estimated; when required chemical composition is obtained a blank is rolled to required dimensions; at that rolling modes are set on base of contents of carbon, manganese and ultimate strength: σ"в"=(-147.6×Mn)+(1563.2×C)+(5.14×d)+(0.14×Ts.temp.)+516.9 where σ"в" is ultimate strength, N/mm2, C, Mn are contents of carbon and manganese in a blank, wt %; d is diameter of reinforced steel equal to 8-12 mm; Ts.temp. is a temperature of self-tempering; °C; 147.6; 1563.2; 5.14; 0.14; 516.9 are ratios obtained experimentally and calculated after processing of experimental data for estimation of each parameter for strength characteristics of reinforced die-rolled section.
EFFECT: development of method of production of reinforced die-rolled section with normalised profile.
