SUBSTANCE: invention relates to seals. The proposed lubricant-free stem sealing system comprises, at least, one O-ring with sealing surface, actuator element, pickup and ring with chamber that houses O-ring. The actuator element features such an active joint, relative to the O-ring, that the sealing surface can radially shift with respect to the stem. The actuator element can be adjusted depending upon parametre recorded by the pickup in measurement.
EFFECT: higher reliability of seal.
