FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for water heating processing circuits at various production plants and in central heating systems. The proposed heat exchanger incorporates hot water pipeline, water nozzle, heating steam pipeline, pre-mixing chamber, water injection pipeline, main mixer, diffuser, and heated water pipeline. The pre-mixing chamber inlet communicates with the heating steam pipeline, while its outlet communicates, via steam branch pipe, with the main mixing chamber. The latter is coaxially connected, via diffuser, to heated water pipeline. The water injection pipeline is connected with hot water pipeline and, tangentially, with heating steam pipeline with its outlet accommodating perforated partition with spray orifices. The pre-mixing chamber inner part accommodates circular bumper plate arranged at 35 to 45 degrees to the chamber cross section plane. Confuser and one additional mixing chamber are arranged between the water nozzle outlet cross section and diffuser. Note that axial distance from aforesaid cross section to mixing chamber makes 3 to 4 outlet diametre of the said nozzle. The mixing chamber cross section area vs that of outlet water nozzle equals 2 to 4.
EFFECT: stable operation of heat exchanger in wide temperature load range.
