FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: energy-saving heat exchanger of active heating relates to heat power supply to consumers and can be used for water heating in process diagrams of enterprises, as well as in heating and hot water supply systems of buildings and structures using injectors. Achieved technical results: automation of water heating process and exclusion of emergency situations. Energy-saving heat exchanger of active heating, comprising in series installed: a pipeline of heated water, a water nozzle installed in the main mixing chamber, diffuser, premixing chamber installed perpendicular to main mixing chamber and water nozzle, heated water pipeline connected to outlet of diffuser, wherein the heated water pipeline is connected to the water injection pipeline inlet by the water injection valve, the outlet of which is connected to the cavity above the nozzle module installed in the premixing chamber, steam feed pipeline is connected to the premixing chamber, in which a steam supply valve is installed. Said steam control valve is steam control valve. Heat exchanger also includes a control unit, which is connected to a controlled steam supply valve by a control line and includes a sensor controller, to which the monitoring sensors are connected, namely: a heated water pressure sensor, a heated water temperature sensor, a contact water sensor, a steam temperature sensor, a steam pressure sensor, a heated water pressure sensor, a heated water temperature sensor. Water injection valve can be made as controlled. Heated water pipeline can be a bypass pipeline equipped with a valve and connected to the diffuser outlet. In the heated water pipeline there can be installed a pulsation sensor, which is connected to the control unit, specifically to the sensor controller. Control channel control unit can be connected with steam control valve. Pipeline of heated water may contain confusor changing into water nozzle. Energy-saving heat exchanger of active heating may contain a water drain tank, to which a drain pipeline is connected with a controlled draining valve. Energy-saving heat exchanger of active heating may contain water return pumps installed between the drainage tank and the heated water pipeline.
EFFECT: tasks of invention creation: automation of water heating process and exclusion of emergency situations.
