SUBSTANCE: invention refers to clinical medicine, namely phthisiology, and can be used for prediction of specific process development in newly diagnosed patients suffering from advanced destructive tuberculosis with multiple drug resistance. There is declared prediction method for clinical course of pulmonary tuberculosis with multiple drug resistance in newly diagnosed patients consisting in analysis of neutrophils in peripheral blood and differing in evaluation of spontaneous and stimulated NBTR-test. If spontaneous NBTR-test is being ≤13% and stimulated NBTR-test is ≤20%, positive X-ray dynamics after three-month antituberculous therapy.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and informativity of the method.
