VIDEO PULSE SEQUENCE FILTER Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC G01S13/28 H04B1/10 H03H17/06

Abstract RU 2361234 C2

FIELD: physics; radio.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in equipment for radio location, radio navigation and radio communication for processing signals. Technical outcome is achieved due to introduction of a base clipper (4) at zero level and peak clipper (5) at zero level, whose inputs are connected to outputs of a subtracting unit (3), and M-1 intersection units (6) (6.1, 6.2, … 6.M-1), the first of which is connected by first and second inputs through a second delay unit (2) to the output of the base clipper (4), and by the third and fourth inputs to the output of the peak clipper (5). All the next are connected each by the first and second inputs to the output of the preceding intersection unit directly, and by the third and fourth inputs through corresponding M-2 delay units (2). Each intersection unit (6) contains three adders and two modulus calculators. The first inputs of the first and second adders are respectively the first and second inputs of the intersection unit (6), whose third and fourth inputs are respectively the second inputs of the first and second adders, the outputs of which are connected to the first and second input of the third adder through the first and second modulus calculator respectively. The output of the third adder is the output of the intersection unit (6) and the output of the M-1 intersection unit (6) is the output of the filter.

EFFECT: elimination of side lobes of autocorrelation function and increase in noise immunity of the filter in noise and impulse noise conditions.
