SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and can be used in radio monitoring, radar and radio navigation equipment for receiving and processing signals. The receiver includes a direct wavelet transform unit connected by the input to the output of an intermediate frequency amplifier, and by the output to the input of an amplitude detector, as well as series-connected first and second crossing units, wherein the first input of the first crossing unit is directly connected to the output of the amplitude detector, and its second input is connected through a first delay unit, the first input of the second crossing unit is directly connected to the output of the first crossing unit, and its second unit is connected through a second delay unit.
EFFECT: high noise-immunity of receiving a pulsed radio signal.
