According to the invention there are realised mechanisms of consistently interacting computing units in local network as well as in the entire computer network; interaction between finite applications is ensured through automatic queue formation; guaranteed messages delivery is secured by sending delivery receipt to node-sender; there is protected data storage for storing queues, messages and routing table set up on every computing unit; message body processing by indicating finite associated application number is guaranteed; authority of every official cleared for access to work with information resources is systematically checked; identification of every message is ensured using imbedded mechanism identifying officials over electronic digital signature thereby achieving juridical relevance of data exchange.

EFFECT: ensuring information transmission to designated users in heterogeneous computer network.
