FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: muscle training device consists of a joystick that is arranged with the possibility to adjust the exerted resistance, a handle for connecting to the one end of the joystick, an electric cable for connection to the system unit of the personal computer, a base for fixation of the device by means of fixation elements, an optical "mouse" that controls cursor location at the display of the personal computer depending on the movements of the joystick, a key by electric cables connected to the keys of the connected handle, at that the other end of the joystick is made in the shape of a sphere placed in the glass that forms a medium for adjustable friction for the sphere that provides by means of a constricting knot and rubbing against the sphere elements situated in the upper and lower parts of the glass. The lower one is situated at the fixed plate and the specified sphere rests on it, and the upper rubbing element by means of the first flexible plate is pressed to the sphere by means of towing polls connecting the first flexible plate with the second flexible plate, at that in the upper rubbing element and the first flexible plate and as well as in the lower rubbing element and the lower flexible plate through round holes are made: the first ones are for moving of the joystick, the second ones - for scanning of the sphere surface by the optical "mouse" connected from below to the fixed plate. The constricting knot additional includes n conic wise springs put on n towing polls situated between the first flexible plate and the upper rubbing element at the summing plate, the rod fixed at the second flexible plate equidistant from the fixation of the towing polls in it situated lower than the optical "mouse", a bar fixed at the angles siatuated at the inner side wall of the glass and connected at one end with the rod and with the other end through the hole in the glass wall and connecting plank with a towing pricker with flat-cuts all along and passing through the guiding-towing device that has a guiding and towing nut that is an eared nut and fixed at the outer side surface of the upper part of the glass. At that there is a round hole in the summing plate. Use of the present invention helps to provide uniformity of load creation at the muscles and smoothness of its adjustment.
EFFECT: increase of uniformity of load creation at the muscles and smoothness of its adjustment.
