FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical tools and can be used in surgery or stomatology. Manual device has clip in front part. Clip is made with possibility of tight pressing of removable tool tail. Removable tool is placed in guiding openings. Clip has two or more levers. Levers are fixed to ring part of clip by means of elastic joints. Each lever has chuck jaw for tool tail. Each chuck jaw is placed much closer to connection than support surface on which tightening mechanism acts with centripetal force in such way that lever multiplies said force. Tightening mechanism preferably has sliding bush. Sliding bush has conic internal surface. Conic internal surface creates said force on clip levers by means of balls placed in openings of hollow rotated shaft. As a result said placement allows to use weaker tightening spring or allows to do without said spring.
EFFECT: reduction of some axial loadings on ball bearings.
