FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hand medical appliance and can be used in dentistry or surgery. A hand tool for dentistry orsurgery comprises an elastic grip socket to fasten a straight shank of a nozzle. The socket slides in a hollow shaft. Its flexible jaws are forward to contact with an expanding bushing which is fixed from the side of the nozzle in leading end of the shaft. The socket is longitudinally attached to a push bar. The latter is actuated manually by the operator to open the grip socket. A locking assembly counteracts travelling of the grip socket by an initial effort that exceeds standard minimum ultimate axial effort pushing out the nozzle.
EFFECT: reach reduction of height of a head of the manual tool at the expense of a return arrangement of a tightening cartridge in comparison with an arrangement from previous level of technique.
