FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology. Device includes inflatable element for creation of ophtalmohypertension, made from elastic material with diametre corresponding to inner diametre of eye cavity, connected with tube from polyurethane or polyvinylchloride with external diametre - 3-4 mm, fitted on free end with external Luer lock with valve. Method includes performing evisceration after removal of through cornea transplant, placing device in eye cavity, straightening it with air until ophtalmohypertension is obtained and cutting out limbal allotransplant.
EFFECT: obtaining limbal allotransplant of correct gelmetric form and uniform thickness with possibility of its further use for functionally full-fledged eye surface reconstruction.
