FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of pharmaceutics and concerns multiple particles of sodium pantoprazole, possessing decreased release in the conditions of a stomach and fast release at a neutral pH, having a spherical kernel from pantopropazole or its enantiomer or its salts, and one or more excipients, containing a surface active agent, at a parity pantopropazole : surface-active substance from 10:1 to 5:3 and 2-7% of a surface active agent per kernel, and a primary isolating covering and an enteric covering where the specified particles with a covering have the size of 0.7-1.25 mm in diametre.
EFFECT: reduction of release of particles in the conditions of a stomach and their fast release at neutral pH.
