SUBSTANCE: invention concerns psychosomatic and psychotherapeutic areas of medicine, in particular, to a way of psychological influence for change of alimentary behaviour of the persons suffering from adiposity. Influence on the person using psychotherapeutic video, audio and the verbal information containing in additional shots of a neutral video series is carried out. Groups of the images structured on themes - favourite high-caloric nutrition and images of consequences of the excessive use of nutrition, lists of characteristic starting (deformed cognitions, representing an image of meal and the order expressed in the verbal form, inducing to food intake) or deformed cognitions and real cognitions from spheres of thinking aberration (representing changed starting - deformed cognitions), with choice and linkage possibility among themselves are shown to the patient. The person fixes not less than 10 links, and then against disturbing music, the snaps for viewing with the links generated by the patient are shown to the patient, and also the snaps containing texts of definitive cognitions, representing verbal commands of avoidance, elimination of alimentary addiction. All information is given in electronic form on the device with a microprocessor control and memory for viewing possibility on the display. The way allows eliminating thinking aberrations and the sensual responses to alimentary stimulus bound to them.
