FIELD: technological processes, filters.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to procedure of wet dust collection and may be used in different industries for cleaning of dusty gases. Dust chamber comprises body installed onto elastic elements, inlet of dusty gas, fan, outlet of cleaned gas, water sprayers alternating with packet of partitions, mist eliminator and device for slurry removal. Packet of partitions is arranged in the form of at least two partitions. One of partitions is a deflecting element with through hole and is installed last in packet of partitions. The other partition is arranged as perforated. Mist eliminator consists of plates installed in body and having incline from upper plane to the lower one. Plates in section, which is perpendicular to length, have wedge-like streamlined shape. Water sprayer is arranged in the form of acoustic nozzles. Every nozzle comprises body with generator of acoustic oscillations installed inside, ring with conic surface connected to body and sprayer. Sprayer is fixed in body by means of hollow rod with auger swirler and collar at the end for installation of annular platform, on which liquid flows from sprayer. Resonator is arranged in the form of at least one spherical cavity installed in ring wall. Spherical cavity is connected by calibrated hole to annular slot created by end planes of body and ring from the side of conic surface. Ring is installed with the possibility of fixed displacement along body axis by means of threaded joint. Nozzle resonator is arranged with the possibility to adjust generated frequency of acoustic oscillations due to control of annular slot width.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of dust collection process by increasing extent of liquid dispersion by water sprayers.
