A dust chamber containing a body, the introduction of a dusty gas flow, a fan, a cleaned gas outlet, water sprayers alternating with a baffle package, a spray separator and a sludge removal device, the baffle package is made in the form of at least two baffles, one of which is a baffle element with a through hole and the other is perforated, wherein the baffle element with a through hole from the baffle package is installed in the package last, and the spray separator consists of at least three rows of plates having a slope from the upper plane to the lower, and also in a cross section perpendicular to the length, a wedge shaped streamlined form, the housing is mounted on the elastic elements, and the suction connection of the fan is connected to the housing by means of an elastic coupling, the water sprayer is made in the form of an injector comprising a hollow cylindrical body with a throttle orifice, connected to a union nut to which a liquid flow divider is attached, wherein the liquid flow divider consists of coaxially arranged perforated conical shells, the space between them is filled with a fine meshed net, the apices of the conical surfaces of the shells are directed away from the throttle orifice, and in the lower part of the divider a cylindrical perforated segment fixed on perforated conical shells, while a spring swirl is placed in the cylindrical perforated segment fixed in the lower part of the divider on perforated conical shells.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process.
