FIELD: instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: proposed element, designed to attach furniture to metal window and door cases, comprises one-piece metal casing with the central cylindrical part, furnished with inner threaded hole, and insert truncated-cone part, its diametre decreasing from that of the said central cylindrical part to its one end. It incorporates also the locking part including circular neck restricted the ledge with diametre exceeding that of the central part. The ledge outer diametre is jointed to the central cylindrical part with the help of aforesaid truncated-cone part. The fist row of through lengthwise cutouts passes along a section of the central cylindrical part and insert part. Aforesaid holes define the first section elastically deformed into relatively not deformable structure, staying at the state of rest. The second row of the like cutouts passes along a section of the central cylindrical part and locking part. Aforesaid holes define the second section elastically deformed into relatively not deformable structure, staying at the state of rest.

EFFECT: reduced time of fastening self-tapping bolt into metal section, elimination of possible strain in window and door cases in tightening said bolt.
