FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: charge for solid rocket fuel consists of a body, tightly clamped with the fuel charge and a protective, strengthening layer fulfilling the functions of a heat-shield and strengthening layer. The fuel charge is prepared from high energy fuel with a high level of plasticisation with nitro ester. In contrast to the fuel the protective-strengthening layer is made from a polymerous base which is characterised by its limited turgescence in nitro ester. Between the protective-strengthening layer and fuel charge is an intermediary layer with a technologically safe and compatible with the fuel plasticising agent, which does not have any nitro ester. The quantity of plasticising agent in the intermediary layer is limited from above by the conditions of adhesive, strength properties of the system, the protective-strengthening layer, intermediary layer, fuel at the level and above the strength properties and beneath from the conditions of discontinuity of rigid and deformation properties in the section attached to the body of the fuel charge to the level required of the resource to enable the operation of the fuel charge.
EFFECT: invention enables high quality and reliability of charges from high energy, mixed, solid fuels during long, guarantee periods of operation.
