FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: solid-propellant charge has case and propellant charge rigidly secured to it by one protective strengthening layer and end collars whose base corresponds to base of propellant charge by its chemical composition; it may be made from polydivinylurethan epoxide. Composition contains also filler made from commercial carbon and the following additional components: maleic anhydride, isomethyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, glycedol and panyl-β --naphthylamine. Total amount of additional components ranges from 3.0 to 10% of main components of polymer base of protective strengthening layer and end collars. Thickness of protective strengthening layer ranges from 0,1•10-2 to 2,0•10-2 of outer diameter of propellant charge.
