FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed solid-propellant rocket charge has housing, charge firmly connected with housing and protective-fastening layer. Said protective-fastening layer is made over entire surface of charge up to channel with variable thickness 0.1·10-2-7.75·10-2 of charge outer diameter and it provides heat protection of fastening layer, end face elastic inserts and cups. Protective-fastening layer is essentially sheet calendared material on base of cis-butadiene and cis-isoprene caoutchoucs with filler of industrial carbon in amount of 78-100 mass parts into which di-(2-ethylhexyl) sebacate in amount of 10-20 mass parts and additionally sulphut in amount of 1-3 mass parts, zinc oxide in amount of 3-8 mass parts, rubber accelerator (Altax) in amount of 1-3 mass parts and Rubrax in amount of 4-6 mass parts are added.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability in production of solid-propellant charge suitable both for metal housings and composite material housings.
