FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed bench consists of frame (1) and section of belt (2) with sample weight. The belt side edges are attached to lengthwise beams (4) with their edges connected to crosspieces (10, 11) to vary spacing between the said beams. The ends (12, 13) of flexible element are fastened to every said crosspiece, the horizontal runs of which bend around deflecting blocks (14, 15, 16, 17) to make a vertical loop section formed by block (20, 21) fastened to movable pulley shell (18, 19). Shelf (22, 23) is suspended to aforesaid shell to allow placing equal-weight changeable weights on both shelves. One of the said shelves is joined, via additional flexible element (26) incorporating built-in dynamometre (27), with the additional flexible element-tensioning device. To slider (29), arranged in the frame vertical guides to slide there in and to be locked by detachable couplers, attached are the ends of steel cable (32) to make aforesaid loop section to embrace the chute with sample weight carried by conveyor. The said steel cable ends are attached to aforesaid slider to allow varying the distance between said ends in horizontal plane.
EFFECT: simple-design bench to analyse parametres of catching broken inclined conveyor belt.
