FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns pharmacy, namely to estimation of quality of medicines, to clinical pharmacology and to forensic medicine. At examination of safety of medical products the preparations are placed in the front top vestibule of a pig on area of necks of the top central incisors and adjoining gums in the form of the doubled single dose for the term of more than 6 minutes after preliminary excision of debris from a vestibular surface of the top incisors; preparation is removed, washed out from vestibule with the warm distilled water, surface of incisors and mucosas is dried up, irrigated with a solution of 1% methylene dark blue, wiped with one erasing movement of a dry cotton plug; staining presence in dark blue colour of a surface of teeth, gums and labiums is defined, and on localisation and staining degree low safety of a preparation and about possibility of damage of tissues of a GE tract is estimated, then a mouth opener is removed.

EFFECT: way dilates possibilities of revealing medicinal iatrogeny at the expense of expansion of the information on local toxicity of medical products.
