FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making horizontal linear relief cut by strictly following the inferior gingiva edge in the mucogingival boundary region. The submucosal layer is to be fully removed from the periosteum surface that is cut with a single linear cut. A portion of the periosteum is separated from the bone by 0.5 cm along the whole length of the cut. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved functional result.
