FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of optical-electronic measuring systems and devices for inputting information into a computer system and can be used for inputting information into a computer, reference systems in public places, in household equipment control systems and in other passive and interactive systems. The device contains first and second emitters, television camera, field of view of which is a "surface of shadow location", which is a diffusely radiation scattering surface and on which light flux from the first and second emitters is successively incident, and a computing device. The operating area of the device is formed by intersection of cones of propagating radiation from the first and second emitters, incident on the "surface of shadow location" on which two shadows are successively formed. The computing device determines spatial finger coordinates and its angle of inclination to the operating area from these shadows.
EFFECT: more functional capabilities of the device.
