FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device includes a germinator and a water-absorbing seed bed. In the germinator, there are upside-down containers with an outer circular depression, in which the water-absorbing seed bed is placed. At the top part of the container, projections are mounted with the same height as the circular depression. The containers have different sizes and are placed one on the other, such that between the upper and lower containers there is free space for sprouting. The lower part of the circular depression of the upper container touches the upper part of the circular depression of the lower container. The germinator has a cover.
EFFECT: evaluation of analysed seeds taking into account length of sprouts and their mass in a single analysis and simultaneous creation of optimum water conditions for the germinating seeds due to their location in an open container.
