FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: there are offered versions of encapsulated composition containing active substance and at least one covering layer at least partially encapsulating mentioned active substance with specified covering layer consisting of polyvinyl acetate and sucralose. There is also offered method of obtaining encapsulated composition. Method comprises suspending active substance particles in fluidised air flow and preparing covering composition containing insoluble in water polymer, sucralose and solvent. Then covering composition is sprayed into suspended active substance particles.
EFFECT: product preserves sweet taste for a long period when chewing.
