FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: white roots and onions are cut, blanched and strained. Sugar beans and herbs are frozen. Pheasant fillet is cut, wheat flour is sauteed in melted butter. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with egg yolk, table salt, citric acid, nutmeg, black bitter pepper and bay leaves without oxygen access. The resultant mixture and bone broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: new canned food features improved digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
