FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: peak values of electrocardiogram and rheogram are measured simultaneously in primary systolic phase. The left ventricle contractility is estimated by time period between feature points of the electrocardiogram and rheogram. The first point is determined by first derivative maximum on ascending front R-tooth of electrocardiogram. The second point is shown by the second derivative maximum of rheogram which is recorded in trunk surface points located on border of mesosternum manubrium at level of the second costo-sternal joints. Transmitting electrodes are arranged on a forehead and one foot.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability of estimate of human left ventricle in examination of change dynamics at loading tests.
