FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: used programs are based on data of clinic and paraclinic methods of examination and treatment of postinsult patients. Herewith it involves computed kyphoscoliosography showing left unidirectional twist type, if the right shoulder is lowered, the right half of thorax is directed anteriad with its top, while its lower one being directed backwards with its aperture, and the left half of pelvis is inclined anteriad from shortening of a foot. If the left shoulder is lowered and advanced anteriad, the left half of thorax is directed anteriad with its top and the right half - backwards, with the bottom half of thorax at the left - anteriad and the right one - backwards, the left half of pelvis is inclined anteriad from shortening of a foot, the right half is less inclined, twist type is right-left multidirectional. If the right shoulder is lowered, the right half of thorax is directed anteriad with its top, and the lower parts - backwards, the right half of pelvis is inclined anteriad from a shortened foot, while the left one is less inclined, twist type is left-right multidirectional. Right unidirectional twist type is indicated if the left shoulder is lowered, the left half of thorax is directed anteriad with its top and backwards with its aperture, the right half of pelvis is inclined anteriad a shortened foot, the left half is less inclined. Rehabilitation treatment programs are of individualised considering the detected twist types.

EFFECT: expansion of an arsenal of means for treatment of postinsult patients.
