SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and covers evaluation the pelvis and shoulder girdle rotation in the patients suffering from severe coxarthrosis. The patient with severe coxarthrosis and observed compensatory scoliosis of lumbar spine with the pelvis and shoulder girdle rotation is exposed to diagnostic computer tomography involving iliosacral joints and computer tomography involving Th3 body. On the CT-section involving iliosacral joints, a line in a frontal plane through anterior edges of iliosacral joints and a line in a saggital plane through the middle of spinous process and S1-S3 bodies are drawn. On the CT-section involving Th3 body, a line in a frontal plane through anterior edges of transverse process of Th3 body and a line in a saggital plane through the middle of spinous process and Th3 body are drawn. The pelvis and shoulder girdle rotation angles received from crossing the drawn lines involving iliosacral joints and Th3 body with the coordinate lines reproduced on the CT-sections are measured.

EFFECT: offered method allows for objective evaluation of rotational displacement of shoulder girdle and pelvis relative to the longitudinal axis of the body.
