FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with nonsurgical methods for treating motor apparatus and could be used to unload vertebral column. Every ischial tuber should be placed at separate support. Moreover, supports are installed with possibility to regulate their mutual position according to an angle against horizontal axis in frontal plane. In particular case, spinal parts on the right and on the left against vertebral column should be supported onto separate supporting elements, moreover, one should regulate mutual position of supporting elements by an angle against horizontal axis in frontal plane. In particular case, such an axis should be placed at the level of 6th-9th thoracic vertebrae, inclusively. The present method enables to provide efficient unloading of vertebral column by taking into account both functional and structural asymmetry. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 6 dwg
