FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for application of coating onto pipe internal surface and may be used in repair, certification, diagnostics, insulation of main and process pipelines in fuel and energy complex objects. Objective of invention is development of device that differs by simplicity and provides for quality application of coating onto internal surface of pipes with different diametre. For this purpose device for application of coating onto internal surface of pipe is additionally equipped with support element comprising three radially installed components. Every component includes mechanism for adjustment of device location relative to pipe axis by scale readings and support tip. Screw is arranged with the possibility of displacement and connection with three applying heads by means of spring-loaded piston. The specified screw is installed in the opening of support element, comprising thread and installed along screw axis. Rotation of screw with applying heads is realised under action of applied rotation torque. Stable and accurate central position of device is provided by support element.

EFFECT: increased reliability by simplification of device design and expansion of device application field with the possibility to apply coating onto internal surface of pipe both in stationary and field conditions.
