FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of metal working and may be used for shaping of side surface of metal container or vessel produced by means of serial stages of its surface deformation that is performed serially in machine comprising at least one rotary table of interrupted motion, at least one opposite plate of alternating reciprocal motion, loading drum, grips for bodies gripping, tools for deformation and possible impression and/or indentation and unloading drum for specified bodies. Bodies are supplied to specified machine, are gripped along limited area of their side surface that starts from bottom and makes from 10.0 to 35.0 mm, with the help of fixed or rotary gripping facilities or grips rotating around their axis. Extensive deformation is performed on side surface of bodies with the help of tools that process the mentioned bodies inside and/or outside.
