FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: plant is designed for drying of compressed air. Plant comprises compressor with driving electric engine controlled by the main pressure relay, the following components installed serially in pneumatic manifold - heat exchanger, normally closed isolating valve intended for separation of heat exchanger and adsorber during compressor shutdown, adsorber intended for drying of compressed air during air supply by compressor and for regeneration in period of air supply stop, with normally closed blow valve in lower part of adsorber, check valve parallel to which adsorber blow manifold is connected, at that it is equipped with leveling manifold with throttling device and normally open isolating valve, inlet of which is connected to heat exchanger, and outlet - through air cleaner to inlet of adsorber, and also to normally closed stop valves installed between adsorber, to which it is connected with its outlet, and blow valve, at that coil of stop valve gate is connected to closing contact of additional pressure relay installed parallel to the main one, coil of leveling manifold isolating valve gate is connected to the same contact.
EFFECT: lower operational costs.
