FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to method of meso-selective preparation of ansa-metallocene complexes, which includes reaction interaction of ligand of initial compound with compound of transitional metal, as well as to following reaction of said complexes with formation of ansa-metallocenes, to application of transitional metal compounds for preparing metallocenes, as well as to compounds of transitional metals of the formula, to ansa-metallocene complexes, and their application as constituting components of catalytic systems for polymerisation of olefins.
EFFECT: elaboration of improved method of meso-selective preparation of ansa-metallocene complexes.
